REFUND POLICY

KORR aims to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their order. If an item does not meet expectations, a refund or exchange may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged the same way it was received. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, KORR encourages customers to reach out immediately with a photo and order details so a replacement can be arranged at no additional cost. The intention is to make the refund and return experience simple, fair, and transparent.
